the location was really good, close to buckingham palace. nearby shops and facilities offered great convenience. the cleanliness and comfort were noticeable throughout my stay. staff members were helpful and pleasant.

the noise from outside was noticeable, even on an upper floor. windows did not fully block street sounds, a bit disruptive at times

The location proved very convenient for accessing key areas. The room size worked well for my needs. The en suite bathroom included a split shower and a toilet room. This arrangement streamlined getting ready. The quiet environment allowed restful sleep.

I found the lack of an elevator challenging. Navigating the stairs with luggage was difficult.
